    As a homeowner you should question your heating and air conditioning company’s service and repair prices. In Orange County California over 90% of the homeowners getting heating or air conditioning services do not know what they should pay or be charged. When you never check prices or get a second opinion for the broken furnace or air conditioner repair the company will charge more. They might say by signing the agreement you will get discounted prices on service and repairs, but their prices are way too high to start with. If you do not price, check your current heating and air conditioning service company are you getting a good deal? You will never know and paying too much for service and repairs is not fun. Always shop competitive local contractor prices to see if you are paying the average prices in your area.
