   Homeowner compared costco prices to mine

   
   My 40-year-old system (Furnace, Condenser and Evaporator) finally had to go, and I received 2 quotes from Costco that seemed rather high for me, even after the rebates. After researching prices and yelp reviews, I came across D C’s heating & air conditioning and Chad’s email, so I sent him a message and he replied very quickly and came by the next day to give me a quote. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try and sell me anything that I didn’t need. After talking with him for about 5 minutes, I pretty much knew I wasn’t going to use Costco.

   He explained the differences in the systems to me and we agreed on a system that he recommended, and he absolutely blew Costco’s price out of the water. He ordered the parts, and we agreed on the day to install the unit. He and his crew finished it in about 6 hours and spent the extra time explaining the system and helped us getting the thermostat programmed. I am very happy-and if you use him- he will tell you that is all he wants- for you and your family to be happy with his work and we are! I definitely recommend Chad and his company if you need a new or a repair on a HVAC system- -Jeff B

   Costco price compared to D C’s heating & air conditioning

   
   I was called by a Mission Viejo California homeowner asking for a free estimate on replacing their home heating and air conditioner. The homeowner was given an estimate from their local Costco.

   Laguna Hills homeowner got a quote or estimate from Costco.
   They gave me 3 quotes, “standard system” $14800, “better system” $20880, “best system” $23,260. The main difference being inverter cooling thing that uses less energy

   Is Costco heating and air conditioning a good deal? Most customers think they might be getting a good deal but in my opinion they are paying about 50% more. Sure they offer a 15% gift card but dollar for dollar it will cost you more money.

   Sure Costco will offer you a free estimate but other local HVAC contractors will do the same. I dare you to compare their prices to mine when it comes to installing a new heating and cooling system. I will compare apples to apples so you will get the same brand and model numbers Costco offers.

   Homeowners that just like to save money and get the best prices turn to me for all the heating furnace or air conditioner replacements because my prices cannot be beat. Like I say it is your money but stop overpaying for a new HVAC system that you should have paid less.
